Send me your dates and I will quote you directly. The Airbnb listing takes instant bookings if that suits you better.
The villa is let whole — never by the room — so the house, the garden and the pool are yours for the length of your stay: a private pool, and the run of the courtyards and verandahs.
Ikshaa is a three-bedroom house with four beds and two bathrooms. Six sleep comfortably and the booking will take up to nine — tell me how many of you there are and I will be straight about whether it works.
Check-in is from 2pm and the door is open until midnight; check-out is by 11am. Arriving on a late flight is fine — send me the details and the caretaker will be waiting.

Before You Book
Rates move with the season. The monsoon is quiet and green and the house is at its most private; December asks to be booked a long way ahead.
If you are travelling with children, staying a month, or want to arrange a cook for part of your stay, message us through the listing before booking and we will tell you plainly what is possible.
